F1 refused twice in 1999….organization applying for B1

Hello friends,

I was refused twice in 1999 for F1(student visa), now my organization is applying my B1. Below listed are my few doubts:
1. Will the interviewing counselor consider my F1 refusal also while taking my interview for this B1 visa application ?
2. What other documents should I carry with me apart from below mentioned documents:-
• Invitation Letter from US
• Letter from employer, regarding funding the trip.
• Exchange of correspondence with US side officials
• Any evidence of arrangement for lodging and appointment already made in the US in preparation for the trip.
• Any evidence of traveling bookings.
• Tax statement for last two years
• Bank transactions for last six months
• Brochures of my company
• Latest Professional Profile
• Experience Certificates
• Academic Certificates
• ID Card
• Visiting Card
3. What kind of question they can ask me in B1 visa interview?

I am bit nervous, a small help from your side can change my world.

What was the reason for your F1 denial?
Since it has been 7 years since your F1 denial, it should minimally affect the B1. The documents you are carrying should suffice. Also include your payslip.

The questions will mainly focus on the purpose and length of your trip,
your employment and salary history with the current company and the
company profile.
